I love taking time out to invest in my development as a coach. This ensures I continue to grow professionally – enhancing my capabilities and confidence, keeping relevant and credible, and showing up with impact and value for my clients. On a personal level, it also talks to my core values of lifelong learning and personal development.

Today presented an opportunity to do just this – a day’s workshop with OPTIMUS COACH ACADEMY focused on how we use different models and approaches to develop our own individual coaching practice:

🔎 Exploring the different coaching models we can use
🔎 Exploring how we want to show up as a coach
🔎 Experimenting with different coaching approaches

The workshop really helped me explore my preferences and style, allowing me to reflect on how I show up authentically as a coach.

Here are my key takeaways from today:

💡 KNOWLEDGE = FLEXIBILITY. The more knowledge I have as a coach, the more flexibility I can serve my clients

💡 WHO’S IT FOR? Coaching is for the client, my focus is on bringing my intuition, experience, and knowledge to bear to best help move them forward

💡 CO-CREATE AND STAY CURIOUS. Building a trusting partnership with my clients means we can truly explore their goals and empower them to move forward with confidence and choice

Thank you for the brilliant sessions Ruth and Hannah.

Great to see my fellow hub coaches on the call – thank you for sharing your insights and experiences.
