I’m delighted to let you know that I have achieved my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
It’s been a process that has deepened my behaviours, skills, knowledge and experience as a professional coach. I’m truly thankful to Alison and Suzanne for their support, guidance and feedback, which I found invaluable.
Coaching isn’t a regulated industry and the number of unqualified people calling themselves coaches is rising. Increasingly, individuals and organisations expect their coaches to have the appropriate professional qualification and certification.
My ICF credential is a professional certification validating that I’ve met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies and ethical behaviours that set the standard in the profession.
Alongside my Executive Coaching Level 7 qualification from the Institute of Leadership & Management, my ICF credential demonstrates my commitment to providing excellence in coaching and to developing myself as a professional coach. It gives my clients assurance and confidence that I will show up with the highest standards as your coach.
