If you’re in your 40s or 50s and asking “what’s next?”, I help you navigate that question with honesty, purpose and confidence.

I’m an ICF-accredited and ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach, with 25 years’ senior management experience before establishing my own coaching practice. I work with mid-career professionals who are ready to think deeply, act intentionally and shape the next chapter of their career, leadership and personal growth.

Many of my clients are experienced professionals at a crossroads: stepping into senior leadership, redefining their career path, rebuilding confidence, or seeking a more sustainable version of success.

Career: make sense of what comes next and move forward with confidence.

Leadership: build presence, self-awareness and influence in a way that feels authentic.

Personal: understand yourself more deeply, challenge old beliefs and define success on your own terms.

I bring calm, curiosity and constructive challenge. My coaching creates the space to pause, reflect, see patterns, test assumptions and take action that feels both practical and meaningful.

My Personal Story – Why Coaching?

Before becoming a coach, I spent much of my career developing people, building capability and supporting others through change. Over time I realised this was the work that gave me the most energy and meaning. Coaching feels like the closest expression of my Ikigai: where my strengths, values and contribution meet.
